You’ll lose yourself on our shady sculptured grounds, three sitting decks, a lighted fishing deck, a swimming platform, outdoor grilling and dining pavilion and, you’ll love our zenhammocks. You’ll find it hard to believe you’re only 2 miles from downtown Bastrop.
The property is truly Zen Central with access to the river where water activities are popular. You’ll be surrounded by the sounds of the water flowing by and hundreds of bird songs. It is the perfect Zencation spot! You can also book a Guided Kayak and Hiking Experience or rent kayaks and tubes from the host.

Please Note: While the house is private, grounds may be shared from time to time with guests from our sister property RiversEdge, located on the same grounds. However, the grounds are large with ample patios and spaces for all.

Growing up on the banks of the Little River in Academy Texas I made a deep connection to river life and nature at a very young age. Bastrop was the perfect choice for me to live as it has both river and forest to enjoy. I also have a passion for restoring older homes rather than tearing them down. I absolutely love hosting and sharing my little spaces of bliss with others. It is so awesome to watch stress fade away from them within moments of walking onto our grounds here. It is so fascinating seeing people from all over the world venture into my little sanctuaries. So come on out and stay for a spell... I'm looking forward to meeting you some day soon as well!
